Your week is full of jobs a computer could do.
Answering the same emails. Copying information. Chasing payments. Every week, it quietly eats your team's time, and your money. I run a UK business automation service: I make those jobs run themselves, for a fixed price.

Chapter 1 · New to automation?
What is business automation, in plain English?
It means teaching a computer to do a job you do over and over, so it just happens by itself. Think of a standing order at the bank: you set it up once, and it pays every month without you lifting a finger.
That's all business automation is: software doing the repetitive steps of a job, with a person checking anything unusual. Some of it now uses AI, for example to read an email or draft a reply in your words. That's AI automation, and you stay in charge.
For example, when a new customer gets in touch:
- 📩A new enquiry arrives⚡ Automatic
- 📋It's saved to your customer list⚡ Automatic
- 💬They get a friendly reply, straight away⚡ Automatic
- 📅A call is booked into your diary⚡ Automatic
- 🔔Your phone tells you it's all sorted⚡ Automatic
All in under 10 seconds. Nobody pressed a button, and you didn't even look up.
In your own words, on a quick call. About 10 minutes. No technical knowledge needed.
I build it, test it, and show you it working before you pay. You don't need to learn anything.
Every time, day and night, without forgetting or getting bored.
No new software to learn, and no jargon. If you can use a phone, you can use what I build. See a real example, start to finish →
Chapter 2 · The problem
You didn't start a business to answer the same email twice.
Answering emails, chasing payments, copying information: each one only takes a few minutes. But across a whole team, week after week, repetitive jobs add up to hours. Pick your team size to see what they really cost.
And these are the jobs behind those hours. Tap a card to see how it gets fixed, and swipe for more →:
I wanted to pay a business. They made it too hard.
Not long ago I went looking for a mobile car cleaner. I found good local pages on Facebook, with decent reviews and nice photos. But I couldn't see a price list, and there was no way to book. So I didn't message, and I didn't call. I just moved on to the next name. That business never knew I'd been there.
If people land on your Facebook page or website and hit the same wall, some of them are doing exactly what I did.

Too many emails, not enough hours.
Meet Mike, a one-man electrician. When he started out, five emails a day was fine. Now it's sixty: quotes, complaints, invoices and junk, all in one inbox. Watch the same morning, two ways. It's a made-up example, so the times are illustrations, not promises.

Chapter 4 · The spreadsheet
Watch automation take over a messy spreadsheet.
Here's a real, messy spreadsheet, just like the ones most businesses run on. Press play, and watch automation tidy it up in front of you, without anyone touching it.
Right now: dates in four styles, prices typed as text, names spelt five ways, and colours nobody remembers.
Free quote. No obligation. Reply within 2 working days.
Play with the full working version → Mark invoices paid, move the date, watch the chase list rewrite itself.
Chapter 5 · Give it a front end
Keep your spreadsheet. Add an app on top.
Tap the big button in the app, and watch the plain old spreadsheet behind it update itself. Same data, nothing new to learn, and nothing to move.

Chapter 6 · What it's worth
How much is repetitive admin costing your business?
Every hour your team spends on repetitive jobs is an hour you pay for. Move the sliders to match your business, and see the yearly cost, and what automating it could save.
Want me to email you these numbers? Just your email, nothing else.
No newsletter or mailing list. I will just send what you asked for.Estimate only: assumes about three-quarters of those hours can be automated. Your real fixed price comes after a free chat. Prices are for my work; other companies' services, like Zapier, are separate and explained in your quote.
Chapter 7 · What I can automate
UK business automation services for every business, big or small.
Whatever tools you already use, I make them do more of the work. You don't need to know what any of the tool names mean. Each card says what it does for you in plain English, and the small label underneath is just for the curious.

Chapter 9 · Try it yourself
Try automation on your own business, in four taps.
Pick your type of business, your team size, and a job you'd love to get rid of. Bea, the friendly assistant, shows you what the computer could take off your plate, and what it would save.
1. What kind of business are you?
2. How big is your team?
3. What takes up too much of your time?
4. Here's how it would work for you
Bea already knows these details, so there's no need to start again. Rough figures for a business of your size. Yours will depend on how you work, which is exactly what the free quote chat below is for. Prices are for my work; other companies' services, like Zapier, are separate.

Chapter 10 · Proof it works
This whole website built itself. Well, almost.
I didn't hire a web designer, and I didn't write any code. I described what I wanted in everyday words, an AI built it, and I checked every step and made every decision.
If it can build this, imagine what it can do with your paperwork.
I don't just sell automation. I run on it.
Here's what happens to your enquiry the moment you press send.

Everything before we speak happens by itself. If I trust automation with my own business, you can trust it with yours.
Why I do this: big companies have whole teams automating their boring jobs. Everyone else deserves the same, without the jargon, the long contracts or the big-company price tag.

My promises to you, in plain English and in writing
Every quote comes with a ceiling price for my work. You'll never pay more than that without agreeing to it first.
It's in my terms →Quick fixes are paid once you've seen them working. Automations need a 50% deposit to start, with the rest due once you've seen it working. Bigger builds are paid in stages, each one after you've approved it.
See how a job works →No sales calls and no pressure. If automation isn't the right fix for you, I'll tell you honestly.
Or just say hello →If a job needs a service from another company, like Zapier, your quote says so up front, whether a free plan should do, and roughly what a paid one costs. I try free first, get no commission, and only pick providers I'd use myself.
More on this →Here's what just happened, built from your answers:
This is exactly the kind of thing I can set up for your own customers: enquiries in, a helpful reply out, and a neat summary for you.
Quick answers

Straight answers, no jargon. Tap any question to open it.
What can you actually automate?
The jobs your team repeats every week: answering emails, copying information between spreadsheets and systems, invoices and payment reminders, bookings and reminders, reports, stock, rotas, and a chat helper for your website. I build websites too, like this one. If you do it the same way again and again, it can usually run itself.
Try the builder with your own job →How much does it cost?
Small fixes start from £60, most automations cost £250 to £600, and bigger systems start from £800. Every job gets a fixed quote and a ceiling price, agreed before I start, so you know the most you could ever pay.
See how pricing works →Will I have to pay for other software too?
Sometimes. My prices are for my work. If a job needs a service from another company, like Zapier or a paid Zoho plan, your quote says so, whether I expect a free plan to be enough, and roughly what a paid one costs. You pay them directly, in your own account. I always try free options first, but I can't promise one will do, and bigger systems will most likely need a paid plan. I don't own or control those companies, and I get no commission from them. How this works →
How long does it take?
Quick fixes usually take a day or two, most automations about a week, and bigger builds two to four weeks. I'll give you a date with your quote.
Ask Bea for a ballpark price →Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. That's my job. You explain how things work now, in your own words. I build it, show you how to use it, and leave you a plain-English guide.
See how it works, in plain English →Will it work with the software I already use?
Almost always. Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook, Gmail and Microsoft 365 are the usual starting points, and most booking, accounts and online shop tools can be connected. No new subscriptions unless you want them.
Try it in the playground →What if it stops working?
Fixes are included free for 30 days on automations and 60 days on bigger builds. After that, I'm still here to help at my normal rates, and your plain-English guide explains how it all works.
Read the terms →Do I need to send you my files?
Usually, yes. Automating a spreadsheet properly means working with its real formulas and layout. I handle your files as your data processor: only what the job needs, only for your job, kept secure, and deleted when the job is done.
How I handle your data →Will AI see my customers' details?
No. AI tools help me build faster, but they only ever see made-up practice data in the same layout as your files. Every piece of work is checked by me before you get it.
How I use AI →Want more convincing first?
Still curious? Bea can show you what automation could save you, in about a minute. No commitment.
