Almost every business I come across runs on something held together by hand: a spreadsheet only one person understands, an inbox someone sorts every morning, a report that takes half of Monday. None of it is anyone's real job, but it quietly eats hours every week.

I left school for an IT apprenticeship and spent the next ten years in the industry, earning a string of IT qualifications along the way. Then I moved into management, and that's where automation really clicked: I kept finding ways to make computers take over the repetitive work, building websites and automating the processes that used to eat my team's time.

Then I discovered AI, and it took all of that to another level. I use it every day to write prompts, build tools and create software that runs by itself. What struck me was how few people around me were talking about it, let alone using it well. So I started betechnical to share what I know, and to give other businesses the same head start.

The tools to fix this have become powerful and affordable, but most business owners don't have the time to learn them, and agencies are often too expensive for small jobs. That's the gap I fill: one person, fixed prices, plain English, and work you can see working before you pay.

I also use AI to build things faster, and I'm completely open about it. It's why my prices stay low. But every decision, every check and every promise is mine.
